Do I have to keep my PortaShot plugged in?
No! Portashot is battery operated. Plug it in with the provided USB-C cable to recharge it!
What coffee/capsles can I use with Portashot?
You can use your own ground coffee beans, Nespresso, and Dolce Gusto. Not compatible with most K-CUP capsules.
Is there a warranty?
Your product is warrantied within 60-Days in case of a manufacturing defect, with the option of a return or refund.
How to clean the coffee maker?
Simply rinse the capsule holder and water tank. It is recommended to run a cycle after a clean.
Do I have to heat the water?
No! PortaShot will heat the water before a brew. You can also go for a cold coffee extraction.
